As Principal Strategist at Learning Ecosystems Design (LED), he continues to bring visionary thinking and practical expertise to some of the most complex challenges facing American education today.
Prior to LED, David had a distinguished 27-year career at the Kentucky Department of Education (where he retired in 2024), the final 15 years of which he served as Director of Innovative Learning.
