With 27 years experience working with schools and school districts at the state education agency level David Cook, CEO of Learning Ecosystems Design, is an expert on what it takes to make change happen in education systems. In particular, he thrives in the space of helping systems shift to an ecosystem culture with an asset mindset rather than a deficit one. At the heart of David's passion is a desire for REAL equity. REAL equity only occurs at the individual learner level and requires a belief that all learners are UNIQUE and all communities are UNIQUE. As CEO of Learning Ecosystems Design, he seeks to help efforts to shift to real equity driven, learner-centered asset-based ecosystems of learning by connecting all levels of the system.
