We are acutely aware of the AI revolution and its immense power. We incorporate AI into our daily routine, utilizing it as a valuable tool to streamline processes and enhance our work. It proves particularly beneficial as a social media communication designer and workshop and keynote prep specialist. However, we have made a commitment to never use AI in my direct interactions with our coaching clients.

The reason behind this is that what makes Clifton Strengths so powerful, and arguably AI-proof, is its focus on our humanness and uniqueness. Since we are all biologically and psychologically distinct, our humanness is the unique value proposition we bring to the AI revolution. Our primary responsibility to our coaching clients is to support them in realizing their full potential by helping them leverage their human strengths. These strengths are irreplaceable by AI tools until an individual shares their brain with the AI universe.

No matter how many prompts we create with AI to coach a client, it cannot replicate the human connection between a coach and client.
